• Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 14 days of your appointment may be charged in full.

• One-time rescheduling is permitted based on availability.

• Bridal contracts are subject to additional cancellation and refund policies as outlined in the bridal agreement.

3. Client Responsibility

• Clients are expected to arrive on time with clean, makeup-free skin and dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

• Allergies and skin sensitivities must be disclosed prior to service.

• We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

4. Travel & On-Location Fees

• Travel fees may apply based on distance, location, or early start times.

• Parking and accommodation charges may apply for destination events.

5. Use of Images

By agreeing to our services, you grant permission for photos of your final look to be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
